Please research your national and local laws prior to purchase to ensure that your order is legal to import. Holy Seeds Bank will NOT ​be responsible for the retention of any orders by your national customs teams.

Yes, you will need to create an account, Guest Checkout is not an option. Your details are safe, we will never share your date with any third party and are only used to get in touch with you regarding your order and promotions.

You can cancel your order by contacting us using our contact e-mail hello@holyseedsbank.com . If we already received your payment your order can only be cancelled if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. You can still get a refund for the already shipped order, but you will have to send back your un-opened parcel. Once we receive your returned parcel we will process your refund – we may need to ask you about your bank details as sometimes it is not possible to refund your card. Please, keep in mind that providing a refund may take between 1 to 3 weeks.

Orders are processed as soon as we receive your payment. Depending on the shipping options you arrange, it might take anywhere from 2 to 10 days for an order to be delivered.

Credit card and PayPal payments are the quickest. If you have paid by credit card or PayPal you can expect your order to be shipped the next working day.

A bank transfer will take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you haven’t included your 12-digit reference number in the transfer details it will take slightly longer to process your payment.

Cash payments will take up to 30 days to arrive. It is HIGHLY IMPORTANT you send your cash payment by REGISTERED mail. This helps ensure that your cash payment reaches its destination. Due to the questionable security of sending cash by mail, we strongly advise you to consider the two other payment options.

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed. If you have placed an order and not yet received this notice, please check your email program’s spam folder.

We do everything we can to ensure that the packages have no additional information except your name and delivery address. The packages are plain so as not to draw attention. Below can see how we pack and send our seeds:

In order to make the shipping more discreet, the customer can choose to receive the seeds without the original packaging. In this case, the seeds will only be packed in the Eppendorf Lab tube (check packaging below).

In order to deliver our seeds in optimal conditions of protection, preservation and security we have developed an appropriate packaging solution. Seeds are placed in an Eppendorf lab tube made of rigid plastic with an airtight cap. Afterwards, the seeds are covered with protective foam and some small balls of Silica gel are placed to control and stabilise moisture. Finally, the Eppendorf tube is placed in our sealed ultra-durable handmade cardboard package. This sophisticated packaging method guarantees a perfect preservation of the seeds during transportation.

Your personal information is needed to send your parcel and to contact you in case a problem should arise. Your details are not shared with a third party or used in any other way.

Yes, you can. To track your parcel, follow the instructions received in the automated email you will receive once your parcel has been dispatched. After this email, your tracking will be updated when the parcel reaches the country of destination. Please note that, occasionally, this transaction can take up to 2-3 business days.
